If I were telling a friend or business associate why they should lease space at Five Points Centre I would point out that it is the most architecturally attractive building in Fuquay. The brick and accent block offers a very unique appeal.  Five Points Centre is also in a very convenient location. The office is on Main Street and close to most everything in Fuquay. 

The owner is always very helpful to provide office space that will cater to your specific needs.  Management understands that fitting up office goes way beyond sheetrock and carpet and is always very quick to respond to any needs that may arise.

In conclusion, I feel that with the constant changes in technology that it is very important to choose office space that will provide you with all of the most current resources.  With Five Points Centre you will not be left behind.  All of the appropriate data lines and wiring has been considered.  If by chance you do need something in addition to what is already available I am sure that if you ask every effort will be made to accommodate you and your business.

Five Points Centre is a fantastic location for my business.  Since we represent Sprint and Nextel products, it is critical that we have our store at a location with high traffic counts.  Our store at this location is one of our top producing stores because of the exposure from drive by traffic.

The management made it easy for us as well.  The owner is easy to work with.  I talk directly with him and do not have to deal with corporate management bureaucracy.  If I need something, I pick up the phone and call him.

A third point is in respect to quality.  The quality of the building and design are top notch.  Easy entry into the building, ample parking, the lighting is good…all the way around we are happy of our decision to be part of Five Points Centre.

We initially chose Five Points Centre because the location, in my opinion, is very good.  The traffic counts for the intersection "Five Points" are the highest anywhere in southern Wake County.  Additionally, many businesses are concentrated on the "downtown" side and we really wanted something that catered more to the uptown side.  Also the fact that the building has extremely high visibility on 40l is a plus.

The building is brand new and beautifully designed.  The attention to detail regarding the aesthetics is a positive indicator about the detail of the underside of the building.  Another selling point is the generous parking lot.  It can accommodate a full retail establishment like mine.  Additionally, we were able to get the exact amount of space necessary for the business. 

One of the most positive points is working with the owner directly.  I am a small business and will be a working manager.  I need to know that I am dealing with a landlord with an understanding of my position and is willing to work with me under different conditions to create success.  This attribute is very difficult to find with big corporate developers.  The owners pride is reflected in every aspect of Five Points Centre. 

I would highly recommend retailers or other client based businesses look into this space.  I would say that compared to the big anchored strip malls, the rent, the value, and the personal attention to details of your specific business will be unmatched.  I feel very confident businesses leasing here will be successful and thrive for the long haul.  With all the growth that is happening and that will continue to happen in this area the location and quality of the building is a great combination for capturing the profitability of this growth.
